Position Summary The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end recruiting operations by coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and global onboarding teams to support efficient hiring processes across multiple time zones while maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities Interview Coordination & Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and accurate communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Manage interview calendars and logistics to support a seamless hiring process.

Candidate Travel & Expenses

Arrange candidate travel and lodging in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines.

Process and track interview-related expenses accurately and in a timely manner.

Candidate Experience & Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.

Provide clear, professional, and responsive communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Onboarding & Global Hiring Support

Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, interview schedules, and onboarding documentation.

Partner with international onboarding teams to support global hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with local employment requirements.

Recruiting Operations & Administrative Support

Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks to improve recruiting efficiency.

Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related tools.

Required Qualifications Experience

1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
