Position: Hispanic Services Receptionist
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Associates degree preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English required. Sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences of individuals and families in groups outside one's own.
Classification: Part-Time (about 20 hours), Non-Exempt
Reports to: Hispanic Services Director

Summary: Provides front-desk and administrative support by managing communications, greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general information about the organization.
I. Duties
Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. Visitor management: Greeting clients, patients, and other visitors, determining the purpose of their visit, and escorting them to their destination. Scheduling: Booking, confirming, and managing appointments and calendars. Administrative support: Copying, filing, and maintaining paper or electronic documents; entering data into databases; and performing other office tasks. Information provision: Providing information about the company, its employees, or its services to visitors and callers. Supplies inventory and submitting request: Ottawa office Receptionist II.
