About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused
HR Coordinator
to join our team! In this role, you’ll support daily HR operations, including pre‑employment screenings, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee services. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy creating a smooth, professional experience for employees, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Manage pre‑employment screenings (background checks, drug tests, reference checks)
Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation (I-9, E-Verify, tax forms)
Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files
Support HR audits, reporting, and communications
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of HR experience in onboarding, screenings, or benefits support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Must be onsite daily
Preferred
Experience with Workday or similar HCM
Prior experience supporting benefits processes
