Position Overview
As a Roofer/Laborer, you will play a hands-on role in commercial roofing projects, assisting with roofing system installations, metal work, and job-site operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of
commercial roofing systems , primarily single ply (TPO, EPDM, etc.) Perform
metal installations , including coping, gutters, and edge metal Safely operate heavy equipment such as
forklifts, man lifts, and roofing machinery Prepare job sites and perform daily clean-up Follow all safety protocols, including
fall protection and OSHA regulations Handle and transport roofing materials and tools Work collaboratively with technicians and crew members to meet project deadlines Maintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, safe work environment Requirements
Experience with
single-ply roofing systems
(other commercial roofing experience a plus) Knowledge of metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metal Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, man lifts, etc.) Valid state ID or driver's license Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work at heights Strong commitment to job-site safety and compliance with OSHA standards Company Culture & Values
