Job Description
Our client in Willoughby, OH is a manufacturer of injection molded and extruded ceramic products.
They are currently seeking a
Ceramic Core Finisher
for their successful operation!
1st Shift $17/hr., depending on experience
Summary Finish and repair ceramic hardware product & airfoils in accordance with the standard operating procedures and customer supplied specifications
Responsibilities
Finish and repair ceramic hardware product and airfoils using handheld and free-standing equipment and tools
Visually inspect product and identify defects
Maintain required documentation and paperwork
Communicate effectively with manager, lead person, quality inspectors, engineering, and fellow operators
Assure proper completion of end of shift duties including production reporting, required TPM, and 6S activities
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience with ceramic products is preferred
High attention to detail
Strong fine motor skills with ability to handle small, fragile parts
Use of precision handheld dremel, razor blades, eye loops, sand paper
