await!**Job Description:**Microchip Technology Inc. is a market leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing Frequency Control, Sensor, and Hybrid Product solutions using the latest cutting-edge techniques. We are fully invested in our employees and will provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to be successful.*## ## **Essential Responsibilities:*** Identify, read, and interpret process documentation to perform a variety of automated testing* Interpret basic test data to determine pass / fail test results* Operate basic test equipment (multi meter) and automated test systems* Basic soldering of surface mount components* Other duties as assigned**Requirements/Qualifications:****Required:*** 0–2 years of experience in electronic or product testing* Quality and safety minded* Detail-oriented and organizational skills* Ability to work independently and in a team environment* Basic PC skills, math skills, and product knowledge* Basic electronic / electrical knowledge or understanding* Good written and verbal communication skills* High School Diploma or GED required**Schedule:*** M-F, 7am-3:30pm**Benefits:**
