Work Schedule:

Day, evening, and weekend classes; may include online, hybrid, or in‑person delivery. Locations: Middletown Campus, Fauquier Campus, Luray‑Page County Center.

Responsibilities

Teach college‑level math courses (distance learning on or off campus as needed).

Design, deliver, and assess coursework in alignment with college standards and student learning outcomes.

Use instructional technology and online course management tools to support student success.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in mathematics or related field (or 18 graduate credits in the field).

Experience teaching at the college level, with preference for online instruction.

Proficiency with Canvas or comparable online learning management systems.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work with a diverse student body and faculty.

Compensation & Benefits Paid by credit hour (Rate commensurate with education and relevant teaching experience). Part‑time faculty are not eligible for health or leave benefits but may receive educational benefits through professional development and educational assistance policies.

Additional Information Position may require other duties as assigned and support in emergency situations as designated by the Governor.
