About the Role As the

Program Specialist for Sports & Games

Programming, you lead camp‑wide sports, games, and recreation for

campers of all ages . You run

archery , field games,

board or card game sessions , tournaments, and help out wherever the Program team needs you when games aren’t running.

You will spend your summer outdoors and around camp,

organizing fun, fair, and safe play for kids and families , coaching, setting up and putting away equipment, and helping campers enjoy their time at camp.

What You Will Do

Lead archery sessions and manage a

safe Archery Range .

Run sports, field games, and games nights -

plan activities , adapt games to different ages or skill levels.

Encourage fair play, good sportsmanship, and

positive group participation .

Maintain and organize

sports, game, and archery equipment; track supplies and request restocks or repairs.

Support general camp programs and help other staff as needed when not leading games.

Your work helps every camper have fun, stay active, and feel included -

making camp life exciting and welcoming for everyone.

Who We Are Looking For

18 or older.

2+ years experience

leading sports, games, or recreation activities.

Archery instructor certification (or ready to get certified) and

experience with archery programming.

Safety‑aware,

responsible, and able to lead groups of mixed ages and abilities.

Good communicator,

organized , and comfortable working outdoors.

Friendly , flexible, and ready to help wherever needed.

Someone

dependable

who shows up on time and

works hard.
