As a Product Manager working on PDQ Connect’s core feature set, you will refine and develop the product roadmap and requirements for Connect’s core functionality. You will interact closely with customers and become a SME in your problem space. You will work directly with a dedicated designer and engineering team in delivering your vision, while also getting internal alignment and enthusiasm for what you are building. What you'll be doing:
Delivering features thataccomplishbusiness goals and are well liked by users Defining the roadmapfor yourproblem spaceand getting alignment both internally and externally through stakeholder management Interviewing customers or prospects toidentifyunderserved needs, opportunities to improve the product, and tovalidatefeature ideas Performing marketandcompetitorresearchtoidentifyopportunities and risks Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to develop product requirements, including writing all user stories and product requirement docs (PRDs), andprogressing features from idea to fully shipped Analyzing product usage data andidentifyingand sharing usage trends and opportunities Analyzing qualitative customer feedback (support tickets, feature requests, etc.) toidentifytrends andopportunities Working with teams outside product management to ensure product positioning, messaging, and product launches are smooth Serving as the subject matter expert for your product, target customer, and problem space Attendingrecurring product development meetings to stay currenton progress and unblockdesigners and engineers Developing and reporting on a list ofmetricsthat can be used to measure product healthand usage Stepping in to improve processes around research, development, or product delivery Creating presentations for internal and external audiences We're looking for people who have:
