General Motors is hiring a Plant IT Manager, Site Support Analyst to lead IT operations for Factory Zero Hamtramck, with additional responsibility for the Romulus Propulsion and Brownstown Battery Assembly facilities. This role is part of GM’s U.S. Manufacturing IT Site Operations organization, supporting the digital backbone of GM’s electric vehicle and battery production.**The Role** **Required Qualifications** 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments Advanced troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, and network connectivity Strong Windows client and peripheral support experience Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points Solid knowledge of Layer 1–4 networking, switching, and routing Experience with VLANs, NAT/PAT, VPNs, IPSec, and TCP/IP Experience supporting data, voice, and video services Experience using networking and diagnostic tools to resolve complex issues **People & Leadership Skills** Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams General Motors offers opportunities to all job seekers including individuals with disabilities.
