Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member travels to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.

Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.

Complete planograms and reset accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain visual merchandise standards.

Perform store specific measurements.

Complete store layout initiatives.

Perform accurate cycle counts.

Complete Tractor Way top cap process.

Hang store signage.

Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.

Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:

Greet the Customer.

Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.

Recommend Product Solutions.

Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.

Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.

Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).

FAST Team Members may also be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities

Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Basic computer skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Self‑directed and capable of completing assignments with little to no assistance.

Working Conditions

Work environment is favorable, generally inside with moderate noise.

Shifts vary from store to store, generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.

Traveling between store locations in personal vehicle is required; often for long periods.

Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers, adhering to company safety training and guidelines.

Indoor floors and outdoor lots are generally hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel as required.

Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with assistance of material handling equipment.

Occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead.

Frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.

Safely access all store areas including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.

Operate store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.

Read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation.

Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.

Handle contact with birds/poultry.

Complete all required training.

Operate equipment such as dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register.

Non‑sedentary position with required lifting up to 50 pounds.

Drive and operate vehicle as needed.

Move throughout the store for an entire shift; have physical and mental stamina for quick and safe movement.

Position is non‑sedentary.
