Sign‑On Bonus MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part‑time positions and is not available for per‑diem or current MaineHealth employees. Former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.
Potential for hybrid flexibility once trained
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
