Clerical/Administrative Support Summary For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Coordinators!

Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Patient Service Coordinator role manages complex scheduling for the practice and is responsible for providing administrative and office support for patients and providers.

Full time (40 hours per week)

Onsite in Scarborough, ME for the first 6 months, then hybrid flexibility

Day shift (shifts rotate on a week-to-week basis 7:30AM-4:30PM and 8:00AM-5:00PM)

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience.
