Job Overview We are looking for an in person, skilled Clinical Recruiter with expertise in home health care recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, particularly in the home health sector. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to support our growing home health services. You must work in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the home health care industry

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various clinical positions, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and home health aides

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms

Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our organization and attract potential candidates

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and credential verifications for potential hires

Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities

Develop and nurture relationships with local nursing schools, healthcare institutions, and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in home health care recruitment

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing materials

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process

Participate in the development and implementation of retention strategies to reduce turnover rates

Assist in the creation and maintenance of new hire orientation programs specific to home health care roles

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical recruitment, with a strong focus on home health care

In-depth knowledge of the home health care industry, including regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements

Proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals for home-based care positions

Excellent understanding of various recruitment methods and applicant tracking systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software and HRIS systems

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
