Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a minimum 4-6 contract, fully in-office opportunity in Fort Worth Texas with a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant who excels in executive support, international travel coordination, and accounting-related administration.

Senior Administrative Assistant Role
Provide high-level administrative and executive support as a Senior Administrative Assistant
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Coordinate international travel arrangements and itineraries
Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for visitors
Process check runs and assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting functions
Maintain accurate records using accounting software such as MIP (preferred), QuickBooks, or similar
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation with discretion and attention to detail
Multi-task across priorities without sacrificing accuracy or deadlines
Maintain confidentiality in all administrative and financial matters
Background Profile
3–5+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Executive Assistant or similar
Previous experience with bookkeeping or accounting functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
Experience with accounting systems such as MIP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with proven deadline execution
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Mike has a passion for community service, having served as a board member for the Bear Creek Specialty Utility District (formerly Lavon Water Supply Corporation) from 2007-2013; Community Independent School District board trustee from 2013-2017; and currently serves as Lavon City Councilman, Place 2 since 2017.
