Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Tennessee. This role focuses on practical, outcome-driven therapy that supports healthier relationships and improved communication. You’ll work within a remote clinical structure that allows you to spend your day delivering care rather than managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
Evaluate relationship dynamics and presenting concerns
Create and update structured treatment plans
Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation
Follow Tennessee licensing and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
Active Tennessee
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
Experience working with relational and family systems
Reliable, private environment for virtual sessions
