$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Tennessee
Role Summary This role supports individuals, couples, and families through virtual therapy sessions focused on communication patterns, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. As an LMFT, your day-to-day work centers on assessment, treatment planning, and consistent follow-up care without the administrative weight of private practice management.
Core Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth
Assess relational and behavioral patterns affecting client wellbeing
Develop clear treatment plans with measurable goals
Maintain compliant clinical documentation
Participate in clinical collaboration when appropriate
Qualifications
Active Tennessee
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
Experience working with relational and family systems
Ability to manage a full remote caseload
