Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapistto deliver structured psychotherapy in a remote setting. This role involves conducting assessments, providing regular therapy sessions, documenting clinical work, and supporting clients as they work through emotional and behavioral challenges. The position emphasizes direct client care and consistent therapeutic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
Perform intake evaluations and ongoing assessments
Create and update individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques
Qualifications
Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
Experience in mental health therapy settings
Strong organization and documentation skills
Comfort working independently via telehealth
