We are on a mission to create an exceptional living experience for our cherished residents. As a 1st Shift Supervisor you will be instrumental in training and mentoring caregivers, supervising resident aides, and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.
Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise resident aides, train new staff, and ensure duties are performed correctly by all staff
Mentor and support caregivers in delivering compassionate care
Lead the shift in maintaining a safe and clean environment, following safety and infection control standards
Complete required documentation and charting, assess changes in resident condition and report promptly
Communicate with management and coordinate care plans
Resident Aide Responsibilities
Assist with personal care needs: dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, etc.
Help with meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas, including light housekeeping
Complete all required documents and charting accurately
Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor
Follow emergency procedures, comply with safety and health standards, including infection control
Perform additional duties as assigned

At least 2 years supervising and training caregiving staff
