Shift Supervisor for Senior Living – 2nd Shift

Shift Time 3 pm – 11 pm (2nd Shift)
Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise resident aides, train new staff, and ensure duties are performed correctly by all staff.
Monitor resident assistance tasks and provide guidance to staff.
Resident Aide Responsibilities
Assist with care needs such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and incontinence care.
Assist with meal preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of the environment, including light housekeeping.
Complete required documentation and charting.
Assess changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor.
Follow all emergency procedures and comply with safety and health standards, including infection control.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
