If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended*.****Job Details:****Schedule - Sunday - Wednesday****Hours - 6:00 pm - 6:00 am****Pay - 21.60/Hr. plus 1.00 shift differential****The MH Yard attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility yard and for ensuring the integrity of temperature-controlled trailers in compliance with cold chain standards.*** Clean and remove trash daily from fence lines, dock doors, building perimeter, stairs, and trash cans.* Clean red water containment bay* Ensure fuel spill kits are stocked and report any leaks or spills immediately.* Clean truck wash bay drains and areas around the cardboard trailer.* Ensure pallets, wood, and broken materials are removed from the yard promptly.* Maintain an orderly yard and ensure all gates remain locked at all times.* Report any damages to trailers, trailer jacks, or fencing to the supervisor.* Conduct trailer audits every 3 hours (every 2 hours if temperature is 90°F or above).* Record unit temperatures and reefer fuel levels accurately in dynamic yard* Ensure trailers with multiple temperature zones are set and operating correctly.* Monitor for and report any temperature deviations outside of acceptable ranges.* Confirm fuel levels do not fall below ¼ tank and refill when necessary.* Valid driver's license (preferred for operating yard vehicles).* Previous yard, warehouse, or transportation experience is a plus.**Must be willing and able:*** Work outdoors in all weather conditions.* Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.* Strong attention to detail and time management.**Requirements:*** **Must have 3 months Machine Operator Experience****Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**B Shift (United States of America)Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
