Who you are: Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee beverages. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high volume environment, while working closely with their co‑workers in a team oriented atmosphere.
What you’ll do:
Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry
Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art
Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality
Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success

Experience working as a barista in a similar environment
