POSITION OBJECTIVE
To support supervisor and senior electrical technicians and “A” electrical technicians on all tasks and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED
Minimum one-year previous maintenance experience
Knowledge of PLC and electronic instrument calibration desirable.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all verbal and written safety, PPE, conduct and attendance rules.
Identify and correct mechanical problems.
Good housekeeping (5S and work areas).
Perform tasks without supervision/delegate supervision.
Train other electrical technicians effectively.
Complete all paperwork.
Use AS400 to order parts.
Follow directions from engineer.
Available for overtime, call-ins, and rotating shift.
Other duties deemed necessary by Maintenance Manager.
Provision of quality PM job.
Provision of quality line route check.
Must know and follow all ISO 9001.
Work efficiently with other employees to meet plant and department goals in safety, quality, production, and housekeeping.
Follow oral and written instructions for upper management.
Work and cooperate with other departments.
Attend scheduled department safety and training meetings.
Willingness to learn and upgrade skill level.
Oversee the work of “B” and “C” electrical technicians.
Ability to train other personnel effectively.
Must have regular, reliable attendance, and be willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot)
