Adventureland, 3200 Adventureland drive, Altoona, IA 50009, United States of America**Supervisory Duties:** Become knowledgeable of performing the essential duties of all assigned Bar positions and backfill these positions when needed**Departmental Duties:**All other duties assigned by leadership. **Education and Experience:** No education requirements for this position1+ years of previous work experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant setting1+ previousPrevious amusement park, theme park, or waterpark experience a plus supervisory experience a plus, preferably in a food or restaurant setting Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to comply with all uniform policiesMust possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional mannerAbility to handle high-pressure situations, meet the demands of constant deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Must possess strong written and verbal communication skillsMust possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience with Point of Sale (POS) technology and PCI compliance a plusAbility to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders Ability to withstand heat and humidity from the food preparation equipmentAbility to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 40 pounds or moreThis role will be based in one or more food stall and/or restaurant locations throughout the park, with exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments**Adventureland Perks & Benefits:**Ability to cross-train and learn unique skills across various departmentslocations:
