Adventureland, 3200 Adventureland drive, Altoona, IA 50009, United States of America**Supervisory Duties:** Become knowledgeable of performing the essential duties of all warehouse positions and backfill these positions when needed**Departmental Duties:**All other duties assigned by leadership**Education and Experience:** 2+ years of previousand/or supervisor experience preferred. warehouse experience Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipmentMust possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional mannerAbility to handle high-pressure situations, meet the demands of constant deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Must possess strong written and verbal communication skillsMust possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft products, including ExcelAbility to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shouldersAbility to remain sedentary for periods of time, while using a computerAbility to work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas Ability to withstand heat and humidity in the various food stands and restaurants Ability to use a step ladder in a safe and proper manner Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 50 pounds or moreAbility to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/toolsAbility to see details of objects that are more than a few feet awayThis role will be based in both an office setting as well as many other indoor and outdoor park locations**Adventureland Perks & Benefits:**Ability to cross-train and learn unique skills across various departmentsFree admission to Adventureland Theme Park/Waterpark and select parks on your days offlocations:
