A team member is responsible for daily operations of the Creamery.
Essential Job Functions
This position is much more than just scooping ice cream! We operate in a fast paced, high volume and demanding environment (during the weekends and in prime weekday hours). Speed and accuracy are a must! Must communicate with customers, fill orders and clean following set list, throughout the shift.
Work Schedule
Work schedule includes weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts, with hours ranging from 10:30am – 9:00pm. Hours may vary due to operational needs.
Other Work/Responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service and/or food service
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull or carry
Ability to occasionally work in cold conditions inside
Ability to work around chemicals and wet, slippery floors or surfaces
Ability to continuously work with others
