Unique opportunity for project execution in the Power Systems Business Unit, providing support to direct OEM accounts for the Industry Business.

(LOCATION OPEN Eastern & Central Time Zones)

As an OEM Customer Service Representative, this position will support Direct OEM Accounts in conjunction with our Sales teams. The role provides Order Entry and Customer Support services for a list of targeted direct OEM Accounts. The ideal candidate is customer‑centric, flexible, self‑starting, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills. Team orientation and the ability to foster relationships with internal and external business associates and customers is essential.

Responsibilities

Support a target list of direct OEM Accounts.

Handle order processing activities: Direct Order Entry, order follow‑up, order escalation, and order management.

Manage customer price profiles and dedicated ordering portals.

Conduct customer product forecasting activities with SE plants.

Collaborate with Sales teams to provide support activities.

Address customer concerns and promote SE electronic tools.

Understand and manage Customer Special Price Agreements (SPA’s).

Validate order schedules and communicate expectations with customers, including direct engagement with internal manufacturing facilities and vendors.

Generate one‑time customer quotes to manage price discrepancies and submit BOM quotes as required.

Provide product cross‑references based on customer requests.

Manage customer blanket orders.

Qualifications

College/technical diploma or 3–6 years of related work experience.

Proficient with Quote2Cash (Q2C), SE Advantage, SAP, Salesforce.com (bFO), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic understanding of competitor products is a benefit.

Ability to effectively learn and utilize company software programs and collaborative tools.

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Experience in developing and managing customer relationships.
