About The Role We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for managing front office operations, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and managing appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
