Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment in our office. As the Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing appointment schedules, and providing superb customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Greet and assist visitors, addressing their inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.

Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff members.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Handle mail and package deliveries, ensuring all items are processed and distributed efficiently.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
