Remote (With Restrictions) Customer Service Representative
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team! As the frontline of our organization, you’ll provide outstanding support to members and clients while ensuring smooth coordination of transportation services for ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs.
This role combines high-volume call handling with administrative tasks, offering variety and impact every day.
Training: Onsite for 2-3 weeks, then fully remote. All candidates must live within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members, clients, and facilities.
Verify eligibility and schedule non‑emergent transportation and paratransit services.
Provide top‑quality customer service to a diverse population.
Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems.
Process picture IDs and manage office supplies and equipment.
Respond to inquiries and document complaints professionally and promptly.
Support special projects and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum: 1 year of call center experience (any industry). Prefer experience managing high‑volume calls (≈ 80/day).
Ability to work with an automatic dialer system (calls are back‑to‑back).
Dedicated workspace and reliable internet (30 Mbps minimum; no hotspots).
Must be fully available during work hours (cannot be in a caretaking role).

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. This is a fully remote position.
Pay & Benefits Pay range: $16.00 – $16.00 /hr.
