Position We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Loader Operator at our Central Idaho Asphalt Plant in Lewiston, ID!
Responsibilities
Communicate and promote safety compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards
Ability to run mixing operations on the plant to ensure material quality and compliance with specification
Ensure consistent production to meet daily orders
Offloading hot asphalt oil
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach include scaling, ticketing and assist in asphalt orders
Responsible for completing daily checklist, journal, and reports
Continuously communicating with plant operators, truckers, quality control and dispatch
Problem solving skills to help identify and resolve issues that arise
Maintain aggregate stockpiles and liquid levels
Maintain good attendance and safety record and set an example for others to follow
Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Proven work history of two (2) years or more experience in asphalt plant operation
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid driver's license
Must be able to work day shifts and night shifts. Shifts may vary according to project demands
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must be willing to travel if job requires
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
