We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Loader Operator at our Central Idaho Asphalt Plant in Lewiston, ID!
Responsibilities
Communicate and promote safety compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
Run mixing operations on the plant to ensure material quality and compliance with specification.
Ensure consistent production to meet daily orders.
Offload hot asphalt oil.
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and deal effectively with people, using a facilitative approach to scaling, ticketing, and assisting in asphalt orders.
Complete daily checklists, journals, and reports.
Continuously communicate with plant operators, truckers, quality control, and dispatch.
Problem‑solve to identify and resolve issues that arise.
Maintain aggregate stockpiles and liquid levels.
Maintain good attendance and safety record and set an example for others.
Perform steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of experience in asphalt plant operation.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work day and night shifts; shifts may vary according to project demands.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Willingness to travel if the job requires.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
