Job Summary
The Production Technician I is an entry level role which operates manufacturing equipment, assembles and measures products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards. This role will require you to carry out your duties in accordance with ENPRO's Core values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect. Promote the Sealing Technologies and Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by: Operating production machinery and performing machine setups under supervision Following production plans and processes to meet specifications and deadlines Assisting in basic troubleshooting of production issues Reading and interpreting simple blueprints and technical documentation Performing in-process quality checks using basic measuring tools Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards Supporting the team in improving efficiency through 5S and process improvements Job Competencies & Qualifications

High School diploma/GED or Vocational School equivalent 1+ year of experience in manufacturing preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly communicate. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle material, as well as reach with hands and arms (including overhead). The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
