Position Description Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm of approximately 300 attorneys, is seeking an associate to support its Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Area. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in complex bankruptcy matters and/or judicial clerkship experience. Candidates will represent debtors, landlords, financial institutions, buyers/sellers, litigation targets, and/or other parties in interest in out‑of‑court restructuring matters and Chapters 11 and 15 and other cases.
Licensing Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State or Connecticut and have strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
