These programs may be Customer defined or Internal Research and Development (IR&D) projects. The PM shall perform the following duties: 1) Manage all activities associated with the Development, Manufacturing, and Qualification Testing for DOD & Aerospace Contracts, 2) support proposal preparation in conjunction with business development personnel, and 3) Determine program requirements, budget and program control mechanisms utilizing Earned Value Techniques to effectively track and measure results, schedules, expenditures, labor and other aspects of the program. The PM acts as a primary interface between the customer, corporate team members, and partners providing regular status on achieving assigned program goals and objectives.
