Job Description

Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies. Conduct in‑depth legal research to support client cases. Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service. A successful candidate should have: A degree in law and admission to the bar. Proven expertise in restructuring and insolvency matters within the professional services industry. Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. What's on Offer

Base salary range of $310,000-$390,000, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for overtime, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
