Job Description Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and investigation cases efficiently and effectively. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail. Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on legal matters. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to achieve client goals. Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration hearings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar. Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and investigations within the professional services industry. Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills. A client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving results.

What's on Offer Competitive base salary between $310,000 and $390,000, depending on experience. Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
