Overview The successful candidates will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate between Foxconn Tianjin, Mexico and Durham service centers to ensure all aspects of each after‑sales business project are flawlessly executed.

Duties and Responsibilities Supply Chain Operation Coordination

Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of supply‑chain projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.

Weekly and daily project meetings and reviews with clients.

Overall global service backlog and hit‑rate KPI monitoring.

Monitor and support spare‑part PO and fulfillment KPI.

Track account service performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.

Work with team and client on digital transformation projects.

Corporate Initiatives

Participate in cross‑group or corporate initiatives that aim at improving corporate competitiveness, service quality and cost savings.

Support knowledge management of corporate initiatives and best practices, and work in conjunction with project management to facilitate training on best‑practice initiatives.

Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Perform other administrative functions and related duties as directed by Manager.

Business Analysis

Manage the relationship with clients and be in charge of client weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings.

Monitor clients’ responses, report and elevate to management as needed.

Conduct analysis of business data as indicated by Manager.

Develop new service business opportunities and design global service processes for potential clients; prepare service quotations for review and negotiation with clients.

Create business presentation slides, spreadsheets, diagrams and service roadmaps to document needs.

Skill/Knowledge Requirements:

APICS certification is desirable.

PMP certification is preferred.

SAP and SOP knowledge is preferred.

Experience in managing and handling electronic tools, equipment and fixtures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Microsoft Project and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred. Proficient in software and hardware systems.

Must be able to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.

Organizational skills for planning, multitasking and time management.

Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills.

Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business or a similar field is preferred.

Five to seven years of material management or supplier management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
