Position Summary We are looking for a

Payroll Specialist

who will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for our teams in

Greece and Cyprus . In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external providers, oversee benefits administration, and support key HR operations. You will help maintain smooth and efficient processes, contributing to a seamless employee experience as we continue our global growth.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate payroll execution in collaboration with external providers in Greece and Cyprus.

Manage benefits administration (e.g., meal vouchers, group insurance).

Handle employee absences (sick leave, parental leave, maternity protection, etc.).

Monitor and maintain work contracts, schedules, and digital time tracking.

Manage and update payroll-related documentation (e.g., E5, E6, E7 submissions).

Prepare regular reports (e.g., payroll costs, headcount, turnover, HR KPIs).

Coordinate one-off payroll processes such as bonus schemes and referral programs.

Submit all relevant payroll files to the Accounting department for payment processing.

Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits queries across departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in payroll processing or HR operations with a strong focus on payroll coordination.

Solid knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation (e.g. leaves, benefits, contracts, etc.).

Proven experience in gathering, verifying, and submitting payroll data to external providers.

Strong ability to manage HR documentation and processes such as contracts, work schedules, leaves, and terminations.

Comfortable working with Excel and digital HR tools (e.g. time‑tracking systems, digital filing platforms).

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.

Ability to collaborate effectively with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.

Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
