Local Company seeking a Recruiter with strong Administrative & Recruiting Skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Identify and implement new sourcing methods to attract candidates and generate leads
Coordinate with management to determine current and future hiring needs
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality candidates
Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool
Perform in-house drug testing and background checks
Answer multiple ongoing calls and maintain effective communication with candidates and clients
Take initiative to complete other assigned administrative duties
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Skills/Education Required:
Recruiting experience preferred
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
High School Diploma or GED required
Bilingual preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing as a team player
