In this position, you will be on the front lines of daily and weekly maintenance activities, providing essential technical support to our production lines and collaborating with engineers to resolve critical equipment issues. If you're a problem-solver with a strong technical aptitude, we encourage you to join Allegro and help us maintain our operational excellence. **What You Will Do*** **Execute Maintenance Activities:** Perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.* **Provide Technical Support:** Ensure continuous technical support to the production line, including covering your next shift to maintain operational continuity.* **Communicate & Collaborate:** Proactively communicate all equipment issues and concerns affecting efficiency and performance to engineers, providing necessary technical data for accurate disposition.* **Maintain Standards & Documentation:** Strictly follow standard operating procedures and consistently log all repair activities performed on machines.* **Ensure Tool Upkeep:** Maintain all tools and instruments in good working condition.* **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Assist in periodic analysis of line issues, analyze root causes, and implement activities to eliminate top recurring problems. Collaborate with other departments to reduce downtime and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.* **Achieve Goals:** Work collaboratively with peers to achieve departmental and company goals.* **Support Operations:** Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate or next immediate superiors. * A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, OR a Graduate of a Technology Course with a minimum of six months of experience as maintenance personnel.* Alternatively, at least five (5) years of equivalent experience in various automatic test equipment and/or test systems.Join Allegro and become part of a team where your contributions truly matter.We foster a culture of **Real Innovation**, empowering you to push boundaries, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
