Your primary responsibilities will include executing daily and weekly preventive maintenance activities, performing complex repairs, and implementing corrective actions to resolve machine performance and quality-related issues. You will provide essential technical support to the production line, ensuring machine uptime is maximized by consistently logging all repair activities and reporting any issues promptly. A key part of your role will be to uphold our high standards by following all standard operating procedures, maintaining excellent 5S housekeeping, and contributing your ideas for continuous improvement.### Who You Are:* **Education & Experience:** You have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or you are a graduate of a Technology Trade School. You preferably have at least one year of experience as a maintenance technician in a semiconductor environment.* **Technical Expertise:** You are proficient in electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical theories and are familiar with a wide range of electrical and mechanical tools and instruments.* **Analytical Skills:** You have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret technical diagrams and drawings to diagnose and solve complex problems.* **Computer Literate:** You are comfortable using computers and standard office software for logging and reporting.* **Proactive & Detail-Oriented:** You are committed to quality, follow procedures diligently, and actively contribute ideas to improve processes and equipment performance.Join Allegro and become part of a team where your contributions truly matter.We foster a culture of **Real Innovation**, empowering you to push boundaries, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
