Restorative Aide Responsibilities
Assist restorative nurses with restorative processes.
Help residents regain their mobility.
Help residents regain functional abilities.
Assist with care planning for residents in accordance with the restorative nurses.
Restorative Aide Qualifications
Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
Knowledge of restorative processes.
No abuse records.
Previous experience in a SNF setting.
The ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members.
