Quality Associate- Stamping (1st)

Jefferson Southern Corp 1000 Marquette Road Rockmart, GA 30153, USA Assist in effective quality management systems with the coordination of QA Manager. Assist in maintaining quality standards, policies and related systems that will ensure minimal defects in product and minimal waste of resources. Respond quickly and efficiently in containing quality issues or complaints. Assist all associates in all other departments. Provide company-wide leadership towards successful TS-16949 efforts. Conduct audits of all product lines as well as suppliers. Utilize Statistical Process Control. Other duties as required. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent TS-16949 experience preferred CMM and Datamyte experience preferred Stamping and resistance welding experience preferred Automotive industry experience preferred The environmental conditions and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
