Location This role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
About the Role Bring your experience and ideas to support FLRAA Procurement Project Management efforts for the development program. You will support the Strategic Sourcing team in preparing stakeholder coordination, internal and external engagements, developing presentation materials, and executing a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
Update relevant metrics and provide analysis for internal and external briefings, including those at leadership levels.
Track and monitor action items and metrics for assigned areas of support, conducting trend analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Organize and coordinate internal, customer, teammate, and suppliers’ activities and events, including supplier PIEAs, TAAs, and set up in Bell’s system.
Coordinate, integrate, and populate Monthly Operating Review (MOR), quarterly Rolling Operational Plan Reviews (ROPRs), executive leadership team quarterly Strategic Reviews, and other meetings and events.
Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to benefit FLRAA Supply Chain, including standardizing requirements and formatting, implementing methodology for storing documentation across multiple cross‑functional teams supporting FLRAA.
Support cross‑functional assessment of suppliers for Supply Chain and support group needs in alignment with the FLRAA program, strategic pursuits, and operational initiatives.
Manage relevant SharePoint site(s) and communication channels. Support FLRAA 3DX implementation with the supply base, including troubleshooting and transmitting appropriate technical packages.
Skills You Bring To This Role
Proficiency working with specialized software systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and representatives from other departments.
Organization, planning and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments.
Demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans.
Proven success in data management.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or related discipline. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
Minimum 2 years of work experience utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for creating professional presentations, reports, and metrics.
