Job Description The restoration technician position includes but is not limited to the following tasks.
Water damage cleanup; demolition, cleaning/sanitizing, proper equipment use
Sewage backup cleanup; removal of biohazardous material, demolition, cleaning/sanitizing, proper equipment use
Mold remediation; isolating areas affected by mold, cleaning/air scrubbing, proper equipment use
Other required tasks may include biohazard & trauma restoration, commercial floor care, air duct cleaning
Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be reliable, dependable, honest, and have good customer relation skills
Must work well with others
Must be professional and courteous
