4 days onsite currently; 5 days onsite starting April 6 Assignment Length:
12 months Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to provide operational support to assigned HR Business Partner teams. This role will manage activities across all core HR functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist HR Business Partners with HR-related issues, including cyclical business processes and general inquiries. Support voluntary and involuntary separations, including drafting legal agreements, consolidating employee information, conducting exit interviews, and backfilling positions. Manage workforce planning, including headcount creation and tracking. Work efficiently with large datasets in Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas). Collect and report HR People Metrics from multiple sources. Provide HR audit support and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS, MA/MS/MBA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience. Technical Skills:
Workday experience (minimum 1 year required). Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong understanding of HR processes and terminology across HRIS, compensation, recruiting, performance management, and people processes. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and visualize data. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
