Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team at our Atlanta location. The Host will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and seating customers, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using our reservation system. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks. Familiarity with reservation software is a plus. Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude. This position is based at our location at 3035 Peachtree Rd, TSG, Atlanta, GA. The role requires working in a dynamic restaurant environment with frequent guest interaction.
