Automotive Accounting/Title Clerk – Canonsburg, PA

As an
Accounting/Title Clerk , you are responsible for performing various accounting and administrative tasks related to the automotive industry including vehicle titles and registrations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that titles are processed accurately and efficiently, following all state regulations and guidelines as well as assisting with financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with general accounting duties.
Responsibilities Processing all in and out of state title and registrations related to vehicle sales Assist with AP/AR Dealer trade/wholesale / transports Aiding in office duties-assisting staff Reconcile accounts and schedules Assist with warranty submissions
Requirements Prior experience as a Accounting/Title Clerk in an automotive environment Knowledge of state title regulations and requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team
