await!**Job Description:**We are currently searching for a **Credit & Treasury Analyst** with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting to join the Credit & Treasury Team at Microchip’s headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated, possesses a positive, “can do” attitude and has the appropriate balance of analytical, decision-making, and communication skills necessary to be successful as a Credit & Treasury Analyst.This position will be responsible for overseeing the evaluation and maintenance of credit relationships with Microchip’s customers in the Americas. The analyst will review available credit, analyze financial information, and work closely with internal and external customers to make informed credit recommendations to management. This role is key to ensuring Microchip meets its revenue goals by minimizing bad debt exposure and losses. The analyst will also review customer orders that are on hold due to credit issues and communicate with internal and/or external customers to settle the hold issues and release the orders for shipment.The position will be responsible for daily treasury responsibilities including such processes as cash reconciliations; reviewing, forecasting, and analyzing cash and investments; monthly/quarterly closing activities; support for accounting and process control audits; and assist with various department tasks and projects.**Requirements/Qualifications:**Three to five years of work experience in Finance/AccountingBachelor’s degree in Finance or AccountingAbility to work well with others under tight deadlinesExcellent technical problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service attitudeStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, with attention to detailStrong skill set in Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to work effectively with others and be productive independentlyFlexible, roll-up-your sleeves, hands-on attitude and attracted to the challenges and opportunities of working within a collaborative, dynamic work environmentThis position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.**Travel Time:**0% - 25%**Physical Attributes:**Feeling, Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others**Physical Requirements:**80% sitting, 10% walking, 10% standing**Pay Range:**We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
